Situated on a sandy beach, just off the famous Ring of Kerry and just a mile from Waterville village, this is a restored farmhouse with a gourmet restaurant. This family-run establishment is a haven for the golfer, fisherman, swimmer, horse-rider, walker and anyone who enjoys fine scenery. Most rooms have breathtaking sea or mountain views, and a helicopter landing area is available. It is not surprising that we have been praised by so many gastronomic writers throughout the world. This property is a Bord Fáilte award winner and many good food guides recommend us. Enjoy garden dining overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay and Waterville Golf Links, where golfing arrangements can be made for you. Waterville is nestled between the mountains and the sea. There is a long sandy beach in Waterville which is ideal for leisurely strolls and relaxing on. Additionally, the lake situated in Waterville is ideal for salmon and trout fishing.

There are 2 golf courses in Waterville. The 18-hole Championship Golf Link, Waterville Golf Links, brings the likes of Tiger Woods and many other professionals to this beautiful village. Meanwhile, Skellig Bay Golf Course overlooks the sea and is very popular with local and tourists alike.
The Smugglers Inn is right beside Waterville Golflinks and 2km from Skeillig Bay golf course.

There are many restaurants and bars offering gourmet food and all are very child friendly. There are also many craft shops nearby.
